From just after World War II - 1945 on, Japan was occupied by the United States.  This window up toy was made as Japan was rebuilding after the war.  Approx. 5 x 3 inches.  Needs a good watch/clock maker/tech to get it walking and swinging his head again, but amazing.  Made by Sunsco with sticker.  Winding key included. Hair still soft.
