Given out at the 1893 Worlds Columbian Exposition by the Singer Sewing Co., the origional package (not available here) stated :  The Singer Manufacturing Co.  -- Costumes of the World -- These cards are lithographed reporductions of photographs taken on the spot in the various countires and provinces and coloured there to corectly represent the native costumes.  They are national costume studies; reliable and perfect in every detail -- Souvenir Worlds Columbian Exposition 1893.  36 Cards total.  Not sure if complete set.
