When you touch history, you know it.  The B.L. Montegue Co. Inc. of Sumter, SC has been in business since the 1800s.  They are still kicking today.  They even have a legacy conveyor belt group to work on vintage conveyor belts still in use in industry.   This display plaque of a hand crank (marked Manufactured by B.L. Montegue Sumter, SC, Number 1175.  )  Appears to have hand hammered rivit and UA 30 T4 as marking.  A similar marked T2 UA-30 T2 hand crank was listed  for a Wisconsin V4 engine on another auction site.  I suspect same or similar use intended.
